Designed around the technical, spatial and psychological needs of children aged three to five, this white building evokes their purity and innocence. Colorful details express the joy of childhood.
In response to the hot, dry climate, the project incorporates passive sustainability strategies: a double roof with thermal and acoustic insulation, rainwater reuse, natural ventilation, and lush, cooling landscaping. Rain gardens allow stormwater to infiltrate naturally into the ground.
