La Sabana Eco-Community – Concept

The broad grasslands and agricultural estates along the middle stretch of the Pamplonita River offer the potential for a new development hub for the Cúcuta metropolitan area. This regional urban-planning study envisions a 20-year transformation supported by new natural and public-space systems, pedestrian and vehicle routes, clean transport, housing diversity and public facilities designed to improve regional competitiveness.
